The mission of Team Share the Road is to promote safe access to streets, roads, and highways.
Team Share the Road was formed in 2011 in response to to the growing number of cyclists that started coming to weekly thursday night ride. As a 501(c)(3), they rely on the generous support of paying members to continue advocating for cyclists in the area.
Through advocacy with city councils and mayors they have successfully worked to pass 3-foot ordinances throughout the region. They regularly organize an indigent bike light program, and host clinics for kids and adults on safe bicycling. teamsharetheroad.org

Baldwin Co Trail Blazers
The Baldwin County Trailblazers is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization founded by Teko Wiseman in 1995 with the goal of creating a pedestrian and bike friendly community. “Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of all Baldwin Countians by promoting, funding, and constructing a countywide network of multi-use trails connecting community to community, town to country, and people to people, and also to educate its citizens about the advantages and safe use of non-motorized transportation facilities to promote healthy lifestyles.” To this end, we host community outreach programs to raise awareness of our efforts, we raise money, and we write grants in order to fund construction of trails in the county. – thetrailblazers.org
The Alabama Bicycle Coalition
AlaBike is a statewide, grassroots not-for-profit (501c3) cycling advocacy organization whose mission is to promote cycling, safety, education and access. AlaBike works with state and local officials and politicians to preserve, improve, create and institutionalize bicycle-friendly roads and policies throughout Alabama. Bicycle-friendly cities, towns, counties and regions provide a healthy environment for its citizens and project an attractive image to visitors and prospective residents. The Delta Bike Project is a non-profit bicycle cooperative dedicated to promoting and improving access to bicycle transportation in Mobile, Alabama. We seek to minimize economic and educational barriers by providing a shared community space for people to have access to the tools and knowledge for do-it-yourself bicycle repair and low cost access to donated and recycled bicycles.

Mobilians on Bikes promotes the utilitarian use of cycling for all Mobilians by gathering together and pedaling around town. We are neighbors and friends that believe bikes make our community and neighborhoods better places to live.
